After a long period of planning, preparation and creating new teaching materials, I am delighted to announce that I am finally opening my studio doors to those who would like to learn how to create art with me.

Over the years, many people have asked whether I teach. I wanted to wait until I could welcome participants to my newly renovated studio and offer a truly enjoyable creative experience. That time has now arrived.
My workshops are designed for adults and young people aged 12 and over, and all skill levels are welcome. You will learn the techniques I use in my own work, including building sculptural surfaces with texture paste, working with layered acrylics, and creating depth, light and atmosphere in your paintings, along with many other practical tips and techniques. Maximum of 7 participants to ensure plenty of individual step by step guidance and personal attention.
New workshops will be added throughout the year, each exploring a different Australian native subject and artistic technique.
Visit the All Things Creative section in my Shop to see the workshops currently available.
If a workshop is fully booked, please let me know which workshop interests you and your preferred day or time, and I'll do my best to schedule another session. You can also subscribe to my newsletter to be the first to hear about new workshops, special events and creative opportunities.
I look forward to welcoming you to my studio, sharing my passion for art, and, of course, enjoying a cup of tea together!

Every so often, a commission opens the door to an entirely new way of thinking. One such moment came when a client asked for something unexpected — a lightweight, sculptural object in the form of puppets. Creating puppets became an unusual and exciting way for me to explore my creativity. They sit somewhere between sculpture, design, and storytelling. Unlike painting, where the surface holds the narrative, puppets demand attention to volume, balance, texture, and movement. Even at rest, they suggest gesture, character, and presence. Working on these pieces allowed me to think beyond the wall and the frame, translating artistic ideas into tactile, three-dimensional forms. Each puppet became a small character — playful, expressive, and full of personality. This unexpected direction reminded me how important it is to stay open as an artist. New materials, new formats, and new requests can lead to discoveries that expand both practice and imagination — sometimes in the most surprising ways.

I am participating in Nature of Australia, a group exhibition at Palangi Gallery celebrating the beauty and diversity of the Australian landscape through the eyes of women artists from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Although each artist brings a unique perspective and artistic style, we are united by a shared appreciation for Australia's remarkable natural environment. Through different mediums, the exhibition reflects our personal connections to the land, its native flora, and the places that inspire us. I will contribute with artworks from my bush and ocean series. It is a great pleasure to exhibit alongside such a talented group of artists and to contribute to this celebration of nature.
